Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

We value your trust. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a transaction or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for Cancellation, Returns & Refund to ensure transparency and compliance.

Cancellation Customers can request a cancellation of transaction after initiating the transaction and making the payment but before delivery of service / product. For cancellation / refunds you are requested to approach us through either of following channels:
1. Visit our logged-in customer page and go to “My Orders” and initiate Cancellation option.
2. Visit our logged-in customer page and go to “Helpdesk / Support” section and write to us or request for a call-back.
3. Contact our customer support team at dircblhe@gmail.com 044 22358010. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please mention details of your transaction such as Order Number etc.

We will send acknowledgement of every request received by us to you at your Email ID which is registered with us. Our teams will examine your request and do the needful within 5 business days. In case, they need to contact you, they will reach out to you during working timings. Details of refund initiated by us will also be kept informed to you. Pl. note that refund will be made only to such mode through payment was originally made.

Returns If due to any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with the product / service delivered by us; Customer can request for returning the product (subject to return policy applicable for specific products) within days of receipt of the product. For returns / refunds you are requested to approach us through either of following channels:

2. Visit our logged-in customer page and go to “Helpdesk / Support” section and write to us or request for a call-back.

Details of refund initiated by us will also be kept informed to you. Pl. note that refund will be made only to such mode through payment was originally made. It may also be added that returns are not applicable for certain category of products as per the product specific return policy. All the products being returned should be unused and need to be returned with original packaging and brand tags intact.
